Health & Safety is the cornerstone of Drauz Nothelfer site management strategy. Our visual management approach through customer site boards highlighting onsite activities, progress, risks assessments method statements and strict adherence to all CDM requirements.
Drauz Nothelfer are able to manage installation and commissioning activities from relocation of existing equipment to installation of complete new facilities. Using local resources Drauz Nothelfer are able to achieve flexible working practices to ensure all available time is utilised i.e. weekends, bank holidays and all shift pattern scenarios.
Drauz Nothelfer’s fundamental approach to site management is one of “Flawless Launch”, a methodology whereby potential interference with current production is eliminated by detailed risk management and alternative back up processes.
