Research & Development
Drauz-Nothelfer have always invested heavily in Research and Development, both in-house and through its partnership with a number of Universities in Germany and UK.
Our goal is to be aware of how to apply any new Technology, or process any new Material, as soon as it is ready for production implementation.
As Part of ThyssenKrupp, Drauz-Nothelfer is a member of the Material Competencies Network, which gives us access to a wide range of specialist expertise concerning the processing and joining of materials.
In addition, Drauz-Nothelfer has a number of Test Cells within our Research and Development area covering processes such as Laser Welding and Brazing, Roller Hemming, Drilling and Riveting and conventional welding techniques, so that we are able to demonstrate these processes being applied to Customers specific applications.
