Managing Director

Phil McClennon

Phil McClennon took over as Managing Director of Nothelfer UK on 1st June 2002. The graduate of Liverpool and Coventry Universities joined the Thyssenkrupp Drauz Nothelfer group in 2000 from a major Automotive OEM where he had spent a total of 13 years across Vehicle, Powertrain and Logistics Operations.

Previous responsibilities within the ThyssenKrupp Drauz Nothelfer group were in Project Management and as Commercial director from the foundation of Nothelfer UK in 2001. His professional experience before this time was in Automation Control Systems and Business Management Systems Implementation.

Projects Director

Gary Hill

Gary Hill joined Drauz Nothelfer UK in August 2001, completing his engineering studies at Nottingham University spent 12 years within the supply of Automotive BIW and special purpose automation facility and equipment.

He is responsible for direct UK based project delivery by Nothelfer UK Ltd. and manages the supply of local engineering capabilities to enable the seamless delivery for our Drauz Nothelfer GmbH parent company projects into the UK. Ranging from supply of resources and supplier companies, to fixed scope design, manufacturing and installation.

Business Development

Neil Geeson

Neil Geeson joined Nothelfer UK in November 2003, taking over the role of Business Development Manager in October 2005. Neil has over 25 years experience in the automation industry. Prior to joining Nothelfer UK, he has worked in Business Management, Project and Program Management in the Automotive and Aerospace industry worldwide.
