Design for Manufacture
Drauz Nothelfer has many years of experience in working closely with Customers to develop assemblies that are optimised for both performance and manufacture.
Whether involvement begins at the very start of the Design process, using Simultaneous or Concurrent Engineering techniques, or by assessing an existing Design using both Value Analysis and Best Practice Benchmarking techniques, Drauz Nothelfer is able to ensure that any Assembly Design is optimised to ensure that it may be manufactured as cost effectively as practical.
In addition, using Tolerance Analysis techniques, Drauz Nothelfer is able to develop a Location Strategy that ensures consistent datums throughout the build process, giving both optimised Assembly Quality, and the ability to quickly achieve a “No Touch” build.
